Delivery / Postage Information & Prices
Due to Covid 19 restrictions on air travel please note we have temporarily suspended all orders outside Ireland, deliveries to Ireland remain unaffected.
We aim to ship orders placed before 12pm the same day during the week excluding bank holidays anything after this time the next working day. If there will be a delay for any reason it will be posted on our social media platforms. Parcels are sent via An Post or DPD depending on weight and destination.
All orders under 500 grams to the Republic of Ireland will be sent vacuum packed to allow them to be sent as a large envelope with An Post. This means we can offer a really lean postage rate while it can be posted through your door. You don’t even need to be home which we think is a win-win for you, the customer.
DON’T BE DISTRESSED WE HAVEN’T KILLED YOUR WOOL! Your squishy bundle of beautiful yarn will pop back into shape within seconds of opening - just be careful not to cut your wool when opening! Yarn addicts please also note these vacuumed parcels are see-through so, if needed, be poised to hide them from any non yarn addict members of the household …
Please note not all parcels are trackable. If you do not receive your parcel within a reasonable time-frame for the time of year, please contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll look into it for you!

If you've received the wrong yarn or dye lot, or received a faulty / damaged item, please contact me at email@example.com and I’ll instruct you on how to proceeded. All other returns are at the customers own expense. Credit for returned items will be processed within 3 - 5 working days from receiving the item back. Please allow the banks processing time on top of this. These times vary depending on choice of payment and bank.Please return items to:
Please note all yarn can have joins in it, unless there is a large number of joins within a ball or another fault this is not an eligible reason for a refund/replacement.

If you're local or just passing through, there is a click and collect option just tick the box on check out. When your order is ready, you will receive a notification via text or email whichever you’ve chosen as your contact option.
